I’ve been using mine pretty much every day for a few months, and it still looks really good. No cracks, no weird wear or anything like that. I even dropped it once and it was totally fine. They weren’t kidding, this thing holds up.

I ordered from MFA Bowl and the whole checkout process was really straightforward. The pages loaded quickly, the payment went through without any issues, and the confirmation email showed up right away. It was nice not having to waste time figuring anything out or dealing with errors, so it made placing the order quick and stress-free.

I found a discount code quickly, and it actually worked, which was nice. I think I saved a little bit overall. Nothing really went wrong, at least from what I could tell...

I ordered from MFA Bowl the shipping was quick overall. I got the tracking info soon after ordering, and the package showed up within a few days with no weird delays or anything like that.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the tracking didn’t update for a bit, so I was kind of left wondering where it was. But it still arrived on time, was packed fine, and overall I was happy with it. DEFINITELY better than I expected.

The packaging was really solid and everything was packed up nicely. Just from the way it arrived, I got the feeling they actually cared about keeping it safe.

I appreciated that the product details were clear and in one place. I didn’t have to dig around or guess what I was ordering, which isn’t always the case with some listings. It made the decision a lot easier before I placed the order

The site itself was fine to use, but wow, the pricing was frustrating. I felt like I had to click through way too many screens just to figure out what I was actually going to be charged. It’s annoying when the real cost only becomes clear near checkout. Just show everything upfront so people don’t waste time guessing

I ordered from MFA Bowl and, to be fair, the delivery went just about as smoothly as you’d hope. The tracking said it would arrive Friday, and it actually showed up Friday with no weird delays or missing items. The package was in good shape when it got to my door too. i can’t really fault them here, they said when it would arrive, and that’s exactly what happened.

The bowl looked more or less like the pictures, maybe just a little darker in color than I expected. Not a big difference though

I had to return a bowl because it ended up being bigger than I expected. The reply took a few days, which was a little slow, but the refund went through without any issues. Smooth overall. I’d give it 4 stars

so I was kind of disappointed when it arrived because it didn’t really look like the photos. The colors were a little different and some of the details just felt off. It does still work, so it’s not a total loss, but for the price I expected it to be more accurate. Shipping was okay though.

Checkout was confusing too, which made the whole thing feel harder than it should’ve been. I also had to chase them up about my issue, which just added to the frustration.

I’ve tried using mfabowl.com a few different times, and the site feels slow most of the time. Some pages just sit there loading, and I end up refreshing because I’m not sure if anything is actually happening. It’s not totally unusable, but it gets annoying when you’re just trying to browse quickly. Also, one of the emails I got seemed to say something different from what I was seeing on the site, so that added to the confusion a bit. I hope they work on the speed and make things a little clearer, because right now it feels kind of frustrating to use.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but... these bowls are actually really nice. They feel solid, look just like the photos, and the finish is clean with no chips or weird marks. the quality was better than I expected.

At first I was like, “ugh, seriously?” because there was an issue with my order and I wasn’t sure if anyone was even going to get back to me. I messaged them pretty much right away, kind of expecting to wait around, but they replied way faster than I thought they would.
They explained what went wrong and fixed it without turning it into a big back-and-forth. Everything’s fine now, and I’m actually happy with how they handled it. Solid support, and I’d use mfabowl.com again

I don’t see what anyone would complain about here, the shipping was cheap and there weren’t any weird extra fees tacked on at checkout.

It was always accurate, and I got the updates right when I expected them.
